AED defibrillators
The AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is a medical device that can analyze the heart's rhythm and, if necessary, deliver an electrical shock, or defibrillation, to help the heart re-establish an effective rhythm during a cardiac arrest. Our task as medical rescuers is to turn on the device and follow its instructions.
The defibrillator can be found in many public places, such as railway stations, shopping centers and state institutions.
